Pelmeni is a popular main course dish in Russia cuisine cuisine  that comes  from Siberia. It's got minced beef , dough. Nowadays you can find pelmeni in supermarket. Pelmeni you can eat  with caviar. Usually eat pelmeni with red caviar because black caviar so rich.

People dont liked cavir. But when Catherina the Great tried caviar it at dinner in 1778 People tryed to and they liked.Caviar people called it food of the Tsars.

Pancakes is Russian  dessert.  You can eat with pancakes caviar , tea and with jam.
It is traditional l food in my country thank you!!
